Valet Parking Attendant, Golf Course
Overview
You will own the full valet process at Ansley Golf Course, handling up to 200 vehicles on peak weekend shifts. You will join a tight-knit team of 5 attendants and report directly to the Operations Manager. What You'll Do8
- 1Greet guests, collect keys, issue tickets, and log vehicle info via electronic ticketing systems.
- 2Park and retrieve cars safely, navigating tight lots and ensuring exact spot tracking.
- 3Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings on manual ticket forms.
- 4Open doors, assist with luggage, and provide clear directions to club facilities.
- 5Direct traffic and position barricades to maintain safety in the valet lane.
- 6Process credit card payments and reconcile end-of-shift revenue in the POS system.
- 7Retrieve cars promptly, managing queues during high-volume tournament days.
- 8Report incidents or accidents immediately to the Shift Lead.
Requirements6
- 11+ year of valet or customer service experience preferred, but 0-1 years accepted with strong driving skills.
- 2Valid driver's license with a clean record, verified by a background check.
- 3Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).
- 4Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- 5Physical stamina to walk or run for 4-8 hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- 6Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
