Valet Parker/Lot Attendant, Ford Dealership
Overview
You will own the customer's first and last impression at Crown Ford by parking, retrieving, and directing vehicles with precision. This role puts you at the center of a busy NYC dealership where every interaction reflects our brand. You will work Monday through Friday with overtime pay, standing alongside a tight-knit team that values professional appearance and reliability. What You'll Do9
- 1Direct customers to parking areas while maintaining a professional, courteous demeanor.
- 2Park and retrieve customer vehicles with care, following dealership lot management protocols.
- 3Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking, reporting any issues immediately.
- 4Maintain lot organization, ensuring clear drive lanes and accessible parking spots.
- 5Assist with vehicle staging for service appointments and test drives.
- 6Communicate with service advisors to keep vehicle flow efficient.
- 7Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in all parking areas.
- 8Handle incidental customer needs such as door assistance and information requests.
- 9Complete daily vehicle inventory checks in coordination with lot manager.
Requirements8
- 1Valid NYS driver's license with a clean driving record.
- 2High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- 31+ year of experience in driving, valet, or lot operations is preferred.
- 4Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions, with 5+ years of driving experience.
- 5Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
- 6Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- 7Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- 8Flexibility for day shifts Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
