Valet Driver, 2nd Shift Raleigh NC | Customer Service & Vehicle Handling
Overview
Own the guest experience from arrival to departure by safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, assist with directions and luggage, and ensure a smooth flow of traffic while maintaining safety standards. This role emphasizes professional service, reliability, and attention to detail to make a positive first and last impression. You will work alongside a team to manage vehicle flow and uphold company procedures and safety policies.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build a welcoming guest experience and promptly greet guests on arrival and departure while maintaining a professional appearance
- 2Drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently in varying weather and traffic conditions
- 3Operate both manual and automatic vehicles while adhering to traffic, parking, and safety laws
- 4Verify vehicle condition at intake and note any damages, ensuring keys are labeled and secured
- 5Coordinate with valet team to manage vehicle flow and maintain a clean, organized valet stand
- 6Follow procedures for tickets, payments, and tips when applicable
- 7Report accidents, incidents, or suspicious activity to management immediately
- 8Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and politely
- 9Maintain a clean work area and support operational efficiency
- 10Adhere to company safety standards and professional demeanor in all interactions
Requirements10
- 1Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver''s license for at least 3 years and a clean driving record
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Ability to drive manual (stick shift) is a plus
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism
- 6Physical ability to run, stand, and move quickly for extended periods
- 7Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and bend, stoop and reach as needed
- 8Professional appearance and demeanor
- 9Pass motor vehicle record check, background check, and drug test
- 10Evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed
