What You'll Do10
- 1Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage doors and valet procedures
- 2Provide safe and efficient valet parking services following company policies
- 3Assist guests with luggage and offer directions or facility information as needed
- 4Follow safe driving protocols and report any damage claims promptly
- 5Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly with guests and team members
- 6Support with vehicle staging and traffic flow to optimize guest experience
- 7Collaborate with the team to uphold service standards during peak periods
- 8Adhere to safety guidelines and usage of parking equipment and facilities
- 9Document and communicate any incidents or maintenance needs to supervision
- 10Contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment with a focus on guest satisfaction
Requirements10
- 1Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- 218 years or older and able to drive automatic and manual transmissions (preferred)
- 3Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods
- 4Comfortable working in various weather conditions and handling physical tasks (bend, lift, push up to 25 lbs)
- 5Reliable, responsible team player with professional communication and appearance
- 6Ability to follow directions, safety policies, and report issues promptly
- 7Availability to work onsite in Alpharetta, GA with flexible scheduling
- 8Previous valet or customer service experience preferred
- 9Must pass a background check and drug screening as required
- 10Strong customer service mindset and a positive, team-oriented attitude
