Overview
Dealership Service Valet Attendant will own high quality vehicle cleaning and detailing at a top Sandy Springs dealership serving customers daily. You will operate wash systems, vacuums, and protective products to meet client specifications at scale with a focus on safety and service quality. You will join a team focused on growth, development, and consistent standards across shifts. This role differs by combining hands-on detailing with direct customer interactions and on-site safety adherence.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to client specifications
- 2Operate automatic wash systems and vacuums to maintain efficiency
- 3Apply tire shine and protective/restorative products to vehicles
- 4Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning agents
- 5Inspect vehicles and maintain accurate condition records
- 6Move and park vehicles as needed, ensuring proper placement
- 7Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests
- 8Maintain cleanliness of service bays and equipment
- 9Assist with basic detailing tasks as needed
- 10Support team with shift coverage and quality control
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
- 3Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- 4Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 5Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- 6Willingness to comply with company policies and maintain service quality standards
- 7Availability to work Saturdays
- 8Ability to work both indoors and outdoors and in variable weather conditions
- 9Reliable transportation to Sandy Springs, GA area
- 10No prior detailing experience required but a positive attitude toward learning
