What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily operations across multiple valet locations ensuring smooth traffic flow and safety compliance
- 2Conduct site visits and audits to uphold company standards and address operational issues
- 3Oversee recruitment training and supervision of valet staff managing schedules and labor costs
- 4Act as main contact for property managers resolving concerns and expanding service partnerships
- 5Oversee budgets revenue and expenses implementing strategies to maximize profitability
- 6Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and staff training
- 7Promote customer-first culture providing staff support and handling escalated guest concerns
- 8Use valet management software to track operations and adjust for optimization
- 9Travel to site visits for performance oversight and new account launches
- 10Maintain open communication providing updates and performance insights to leadership
- 11Involve staff in planning decisions while taking responsibility for team performance
Requirements11
- 1High school diploma or GED with 3 years supervisory experience preferred
- 2Valid driver’s license reliable transportation clean driving record no more than three moving violations
- 3Clean background check passed
- 4Ability to analyze revenue payroll data identify discrepancies and solve operational inefficiencies
- 5Strong analytical problem-solving skills for financial analysis and performance improvement
- 6Physical demands include sitting standing walking lifting moderate weights
- 7Specific vision abilities required for on-site awareness and safety
- 8Cell phone use permitted for work communication with reimbursement per policy
- 9Knowledge of FLSA exempt classification and workman’s compensation compliance
