What You'll Do9

- 3Maintain update and close accounts

- 5Create timely accurate account notes and follow up on customer needs
- 6Prepare notices letters forms refund documents and welcome materials
- 7Support daily operations by managing priorities and providing backup assistance

Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or GED plus two years customer service experience
- 2Experience handling billing payment and account inquiries
- 3Ability to process payments balance accounts and reconcile transactions
