User Acceptance Testing Analyst, Fraud System
Overview
You will own end-to-end validation of fraud system releases in a hybrid setup at Vienna, VA. You ensure business requirements translate into working software before production. You work with fraud, tech, and QA teams on system updates and issue resolution. Your work directly protects the company from fraud losses.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build test plans for fraud system updates and releases, covering core User Acceptance Testing scenarios.
- 2Execute UAT cases on fraud detection workflows, documenting results and defects.
- 3Coordinate with fraud analysts and developers to clarify expected behavior of system changes.
- 4Track defects to resolution, verifying fixes meet business requirements before sign-off.
- 5Support production issue investigation by recreating user scenarios and validating patches.
- 6Drive regression testing for planned releases to catch unintended impacts.
- 7Deliver UAT sign-off reports summarizing test coverage and risks for each release.
Requirements7
- 13+ years in User Acceptance Testing or QA roles, ideally in fraud or financial systems.
- 2Hands-on experience with JIRA for test case management and defect tracking.
- 3Strong SQL skills to query databases for test data and validation.
- 4Familiarity with fraud detection tools like FICO Falcon or Actimize.
- 5Experience testing in a hybrid environment with Agile delivery.
- 6Ability to translate business requirements into detailed test scripts.
- 7Excellent documentation and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
