Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
- 3Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 43+ years retail banking experience
- 5Certifications such as CPC Card or AWS Certified
- 6Strong accountability and client loyalty mindset
- 7Knowledge of banking products and digital awareness
- 8Proven ability to prospect and manage multiple priorities
- 9Experience with risk management frameworks
- 10Matrix management capability and problem solving skills
- 11Understanding of customer needs and service excellence
