What You'll Do9
- 1Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures with precision including obstetric gynecologic abdominal and vascular imaging
- 2Apply advanced knowledge of anatomy and physiology to capture images meeting clinical standards
- 3Utilize medical terminology to document procedures and communicate findings clearly to physicians
- 4Maintain strict aseptic technique during all examinations to ensure patient safety and infection control
- 5Assist in specialized areas such as maternal-fetal medicine providing detailed assessments for high-risk pregnancies
- 6Operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment ensuring optimal image quality and equipment safety
- 7Educate patients about procedures addressing concerns with empathy and clear communication
- 8Collaborate closely with physicians radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and support diagnosis
- 9Adhere to hospital policies regarding medical imaging standards patient privacy laws and safety protocols
Requirements7
- 1Proficiency in sonography techniques including 2D/3D imaging and Doppler ultrasound
- 2Solid understanding of medical imaging principles and diagnostic radiology standards
- 3Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures to patients and collaborating with medical teams
- 4Deep familiarity with anatomy physiology and medical terminology relevant to ultrasound imaging
- 5Ability to maintain aseptic technique consistently during procedures to prevent infections
- 6Knowledge of patient care best practices demonstrating compassion while maintaining professionalism
- 75+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
