Overview
Yardsy seeks a Turf Management Associate to lead lawn care initiatives in Metro Atlanta. The ideal candidate will join our growing team in Smyrna and transition to our new Roswell branch. This role emphasizes hands-on turf maintenance and customer satisfaction while offering clear growth paths.
What You'll Do8
- 1Execute daily routes applying fertilizers herbicides and pesticides across residential and commercial sites
- 2Operate spray equipment and fertilizer spreaders safely
- 3Assess turf health and recommend treatments for disease insect pressure weeds or environmental stress
- 4Communicate findings to supervisors and assist with tank mixing vehicle inspections and route planning
- 5Support branch operations including aerations tree treatments and seasonal services
- 6Maintain equipment and vehicles ensuring safety and regulatory compliance
- 7Serve as a brand ambassador representing Yardsy to customers and colleagues
- 8Train new hires and mentor teammates as experience develops
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds
- 3Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 4Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- 5Background check clearance and willingness to relocate to Roswell
