What You'll Do9

  • 1Apply fertilizer, fungicides, and herbicides using hand and powered equipment on assigned routes.
  • 2Perform aeration, seeding, and pest control for lawns, following safety protocols.
  • 3Diagnose lawn issues and recommend treatment solutions to customers.
  • 4Build relationships with customers, identify service needs, and sell additional services.
  • 5Keep properties clean and safe; maintain service records and equipment.
  • 6Assist with training new service leaders, sharing best practices.
  • 7Drive to properties in a company vehicle, sometimes 8-9 hour shifts.
  • 8Obtain and maintain state Department of Agriculture certification within 30 days.
  • 9Document services accurately and communicate progress to supervisors.

Requirements8

  • 118+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2Valid driver's license with a clean record and 1+ years of driving experience.
  • 3Obtain applicable state Department of Agriculture certification within 30 days of hire.
  • 4Able to drive long distances or 8-9 hour shifts in a company truck/trailer between 6:30am-5:30pm.
  • 5Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions and standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • 6Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong work ethic.
  • 7Follow safety protocols and comply with federal, state, local laws and company policy.
  • 8Maintain clean driving record and valid license throughout employment.
