What You'll Do11
- 1Own and execute lawn care tasks including fertilization and aeration
- 2Drive sales through customer interactions and service recommendations
- 3Conduct final inspections to ensure quality results
- 4Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- 5Train new service leaders and support team development
- 6Navigate trucks and trailers safely and efficiently
- 7Follow safety protocols and maintain physical fitness requirements
- 8Document services using mobile technology accurately
- 9Assist with facility maintenance and groundskeeping
- 10Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- 11Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements10
- 1VDACS Registered Technician certificate within 30 days of hire
- 2Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 3Minimum 20 years of age
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 50-2 years related customer service experience
- 6Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- 7Experience with lawn care equipment and software systems
- 8Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 9Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 10Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
