Intuit seeks a proactive community ambassador to serve as a TurboTax Retail Expert at a Los Angeles store. The ideal candidate will represent TurboTax locally, lead marketing initiatives, and deliver personalized tax solutions while fostering long-term relationships.
What You'll Do11
- 1Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally and acting as a public face of the brand
- 2Lead marketing efforts to make taxes accessible through outreach and promotional activities
- 3Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for simple to complex individual and business situations
- 4Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize refunds using professional tools
- 5Create a Best in Class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client engagement
- 6Deliver personalized tax planning advice aligned with clients’ financial goals
- 7Interact with customers in-person and via video tools to resolve inquiries and challenges
- 8Maintain compliance with all tax regulations while building trust and long-term relationships
- 9Collaborate with a network of growth-minded professionals for shared success
- 10Wear a TurboTax uniform and work onsite daily in a fast-paced environment
- 11Contribute to expanding TurboTax’s local presence through community involvement and digital content creation
Requirements11
- 1Active EA CPA or attorney license with 3+ years of tax preparation experience
- 2Valid PTIN and state licenses or ability to obtain them
- 3Minimum 30 federal and state individual tax returns annually using professional software
- 4Proficiency with Circular 230 and tax preparation platforms
- 5Bilingual English Spanish communication skills preferred
- 6Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing
- 7Ability to work Sundays through Saturdays with potential scaling during peak periods
- 8Strong verbal/written communication and customer service skills
- 9Entrepreneurial mindset to grow client portfolios independently
- 10Commitment to fast-paced independent work with multitasking abilities
- 11Residence in the United States
