What You'll Do10
- 1Lead the Agile Release Train supporting Finance Technology initiatives
- 2Facilitate PI Planning Scrum of Scrums System Demos Inspect & Adapt workshops and release governance
- 3Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams aligning to business priorities and strategic roadmaps
- 4Manage cross team dependencies risks impediments and critical path activities
- 5Drive execution across SAP S/4HANA Finance BTP integrations analytics AI solutions and enterprise platforms
- 6Partner with Product Managers Product Owners Enterprise Architects Engineering Leads and Business stakeholders to prioritize value
- 7Establish delivery metrics predictability reporting capacity planning and release health dashboards
- 8Promote Lean Agile practices DevSecOps automation and continuous improvement
- 9Support organizational change management and Agile maturity across delivery teams
- 10Ensure compliance with Quality Security SOX SDLC and corporate governance standards
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science Finance Engineering or related discipline
- 28+ years of experience leading large scale technology delivery programs
- 35+ years working in Agile environments using SAFe or similar frameworks
- 4Experience serving as Release Train Engineer Program Manager Delivery Lead or Agile Program Lead
- 5Strong understanding of Finance business processes including Record to Report Procure to Pay Order to Cash Treasury FP&A and Financial Reporting
- 6Delivery experience with SAP Finance solutions SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- 7Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- 8Preferred SAFe Release Train Engineer certification
- 9PMI PMP and/or Scrum Master certification
- 10Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations
- 11Experience with SAP BTP and cloud native platforms
