What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain safe efficient team operations on 2-person team assignments
- 2Drive 60% drop-and-hook dry van loads with 10-15 loads per week and 2-4 stops per load
- 3Diego? Drive within the Midwest Northeast and South delivering no-touch freight
- 4Partner with a teammate to manage schedules routes and vehicle pre and post trip inspections
- 5Ship and track mileage earnings plus performance pay ensuring weekly paychecks
- 6Lead compliance with company policies safety DOT regulations and customer requirements
- 7Deliver exceptional service while maintaining high on-time delivery performance
- 8Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes timelines and home time
- 9Operate within a pet-friendly policy and maintain professional communication with customers
- 10Support orientation and training for new teammates to ensure smooth operation
Requirements9
- 1Valid Class A CDL and medical card
- 2Live within 75 miles of Gary IN
- 3Willingness to operate a two-person team on dedicated routes
- 4Ability to handle 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stops per load
- 5Comfort with no-touch freight and drop-and-hook operations
- 6Commitment to safety and on-time delivery metrics
- 7Legal eligibility to work in the United States
- 8Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
- 9Experience with long-haul or regional dry van operations preferred
