Requirements11

  • 15+ years experience in geriatric nursing or wound care
  • 2AASW certification preferred
  • 3BCBA credential required
  • 43-5 seasons of post-acute care experience
  • 5CPR certification obtained within 30 days of hire
  • 6Current RN license in good standing
  • 7Proven ability to make independent clinical decisions
  • 8Expertise in life care standards and regulatory compliance
  • 9Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration
  • 10Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • 11Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
