Treasury Management Support Analyst, Treasury Management & Sales Support
Overview
Own treasury management sales support at scale, collaborating with Treasury Management Consultants and internal partners to drive smooth client experiences. Work within a hybrid environment across multiple locations and teams to support low to medium risk deliverables. This role focuses on process improvements, information gathering, and independent judgement in resolving complex situations related to treasury management products and services.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and submit incoming maintenance requests to Implementation to ensure client readiness
- 2Identify opportunities for process improvements within treasury management support functions
- 3Gather and summarize prospect information for Treasury Management Consultants to support sales and onboarding
- 4Review and evaluate basic operational tasks and present recommended alternatives for timely resolution
- 5Provide information and updates to internal partners and external customers to maintain alignment with policies and compliance requirements
Requirements9
- 12+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience or equivalent
- 2Experience with treasury management products and services
- 3Prior sales support and/or implementation experience
- 4BS/BA degree or higher
- 5Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and tools to find information
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- 8Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 9Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment
Salary Insight
$58 - $100k per year
