Overview
You will own daily pharmacy operations as a Travel Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager (PIC) in an outpatient retail pharmacy in the northwest corner of Colorado. This 13-week contract offers a clear path to direct-hire. You will lead a pharmacy team, verify prescriptions, and counsel patients while ensuring compliance with Colorado state regulations. You will step into a leadership role, and we will consider seasoned Staff Pharmacists ready to advance. This role stands out with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule and a competitive $60/hour rate.
What You'll Do6
- 1Oversee daily pharmacy operations and enforce compliance with Colorado pharmacy regulations.
- 2Verify prescriptions accurately and counsel patients on medication use and safety.

- 5Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all processes.
- 6Take on pharmacy management duties as needed, including scheduling and inventory control.
Requirements6
- 1PharmD degree and active Colorado Pharmacist License required.
- 21+ years of pharmacist experience in a retail setting.
- 3Proven retail pharmacy experience, with prescription verification and patient counseling.
- 4Preferred: Pharmacy Manager (PIC) experience or prior leadership in a pharmacy.
- 5Willingness to consider experienced Staff Pharmacists for a leadership opportunity.
- 6Ability to work 13 weeks on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.
