Requirements6
- 1Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree accredited by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
- 2Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia
- 3Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- 42+ years experience as a Registered Pharmacist
- 51+ year clinical pharmacy experience
- 6Ability to work 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, including weekends and holidays
