What You'll Do11
- 1Direct and indirect management of drivers office staff and customer accounts
- 2Oversee Transportation Network Coordinators and Logistics Coordinator daily operations
- 3Manage freight and driver hours under DOT regulations
- 4Utilize trucks and trailers to maximize utilization through slip-seating strategies
- 5Enforce safety standards with the Safety department and conduct accident investigations
- 6Maintain driver compliance and safety training records monthly
- 7Communicate proactively with customers to meet freight commitments
- 8Resolve urgent situations while maintaining professionalism
- 9Collaborate with department leaders to set goals and align priorities
- 10Observe and practice safety regulations reflecting positive professional image
- 11Provide excellent customer service and teamwork leadership
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in Excel and industry-specific logistics software
- 3High school diploma or GED required
- 4Ability to work extended hours including weekends and night shifts
- 5Physical capability to lift 25 pounds and perform manual tasks
- 6Strong English communication skills and technical writing abilities
- 7Experience with transportation industry tools and systems
- 8Dedication to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
