What You'll Do11
- 1Manage daily routes schedules and dispatch operations to maintain punctuality

- 4Serve as the go-to person for resolving route driver and school issues
- 5Lead driver training initiatives covering safety customer service and updates
- 6Review driver performance and provide feedback support or recognition
- 7Plan for emergency closures weather delays and other schedule disruptions
- 8Maintain organized records of incidents vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- 9Assist with budgeting and cost reduction strategies without compromising safety
- 10Support implementation of transportation technology such as GPS systems and routing software
- 11Collaborate with drivers dispatchers and leadership to enhance transportation outcomes
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2CDL with school bus endorsements preferred or ability to obtain within one year
- 33-5 seasons of relevant experience
- 4Bachelor’s degree in business transportation or related field
- 5Strong knowledge of transportation regulations routing logistics and fleet management
- 6Familiarity with transportation management systems like Samsara Veo Now Busology or Angeltrax cameras
- 7Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for diverse interactions
- 8Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
- 9Commitment to safety and service excellence in high-pressure environments
- 10Flexible attitude for field work depot visits and emergency response
