Overview
Lead the transplant account management program for Takeda in Phoenix AZ. Own the relationship with transplant centers and drive revenue across key therapeutic areas. This role focuses on strategic account planning and execution within the assigned territory.

- 1Achieve or exceed sales targets and Management by Objective goals
- 2Develop strategic account planning and territory-specific business plans
- 3Gain access for specialty products and formulary inclusion
- 4Conduct account management at all transplant centers and foster confidence in Takeda's holistic approach
- 5Identify key stakeholders and build relationships throughout the organization
- 6Develop cross-functional business plans and launch business development initiatives
- 7Attain sales goals by delivering Business Objectives and prescriber growth metrics
- 8Implement brand strategy within defined customer segments
- 9Evaluate account business plans against strategic goals
- 10Assess infusion economics and reimbursement trends to inform decisions
- 11Communicate updates to cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Science or related field
- 25 years direct selling experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- 3Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate objectives
- 4Experience with transplant or rare disease programs
- 5Account based sales background preferred
- 6Pharmaceutical product launch experience
- 7Residence within Phoenix Arizona geography
- 8Advanced certification such as CPC Card or BCBA
- 9Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience
- 10Proven track record in managing complex healthcare accounts
