What You'll Do11
- 1Determine training needs and develop curriculum aligned with current laws and regulations
- 2Deliver presentations and facilitate activities to create equitable learning environments

- 5Coordinate with SF Benefits Net and Alignment and Guidance staff on program logistics

- 7Supervise Program Specialists by providing coaching and managing classroom preparations
- 8Assess individual and organizational learning needs using diverse documentation sources
- 9Guide trainees through check-ins and provide professional development resources

- 11Conduct workshops and gather stakeholder input for continuous improvement
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- 2Two years of experience designing employee training programs
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning platforms like Teams and Canva
- 4Experience with CalSAWS system transitions and social service program development
- 5Desirable experience with CalFresh and Medi-Cal benefit administration
