The Ticket Sales & Service Intern will support the Flyers Membership Sales & Service team across various projects and events. This role offers exposure to sales and service functions, helping drive fan engagement and revenue growth. What You'll Do10
- 1Execute Season Ticket Member events using service strategies
- 2Support Account Executives at in-game Sales Tables applying sales techniques
- 3Participate in weekly Membership Sales staff meetings
- 4Assist Sales Staff during Flyers home games
- 5Contribute to daily Sales Staff projects and administrative tasks
- 6Collaborate with Coordinators on sales initiatives and client-facing events
- 7Conduct private and public behind-the-scenes arena tours
- 8Develop and manage databases for targeted lead groups
- 9Maintain consistent attendance with flexibility for nights weekends and overtime
- 10Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1College Juniors Seniors or Graduate students
- 2Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word
- 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4Experience or interest in sales preferred
