Sunrise Sports & Entertainment seeks an organized energetic professional to join Ticket Sales & Service department. This role supports Premium Sales Business Development Group Sales Inside Sales Concerts & Events by managing workflows coordinating marketing campaigns and enhancing data reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate excels in collaboration proactive problem solving and positive teamwork.
What You'll Do11
- 1Apply working knowledge of the annual ticketing cycle to support Sales planning and execution
- 2Serve as primary liaison managing internal documentation project timelines ticket inventory and post-event recaps
- 3Utilize Salesforce SeatGeek Tableau and Unify to manage data identify leads and redistribute leads
- 4Compile weekly sales pipeline reports providing data-driven insights to leadership
- 5Manage all Sales-related marketing requests ensuring alignment with campaigns
- 6Coordinate group ticket packages and sales-driven initiatives enhancing fan experience
- 7Support concerts and special events coordinating pricing logistics and on-sale operations
- 8Prepare sales materials organize collateral and contribute to creative assets for presentations
- 9Conduct industry research on trends best practices and standards
- 10Assist with special projects improving efficiency and cross-departmental coordination
- 11Provide input on sales content for websites and outreach programs
Requirements13
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading ticket sales teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification preferred
- 5AWS Certified experience preferred
- 65+ years experience with Salesforce and Tableau
- 7Strong communication verbal and written skills
- 8Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment maintaining positivity
- 9Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 10Experience with data analysis and CRM tools
- 11Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- 12Customer service expertise
- 13Diverse background in marketing and project management preferred
