Thread Roller Operator, Manufacturing & Onsite Detroit Area
Overview
Own a hands-on role operating and setting up cold heading equipment for bolt and fastener production at MNP. You will learn processes, meet production standards, and contribute to a team that values internal promotion. You’ll work with 1st and later 2nd shift schedules in a safety-focused environment. What You'll Do9
- 1Build parts to production standards using assigned equipment and instructions
- 2Operate and set up Hartford, Formax, and other roller equipment to produce M3 to M24 diameters
- 3Record production data and report any equipment issues to leads and maintenance
- 4Complete paperwork and enter data into the computer per SOPs
- 5Communicate with supervisors, preventive maintenance, and team members to ensure smooth operations
- 6Participate in 5S housekeeping and maintain a safe work environment
- 7Assist maintenance with diagnosing equipment issues and downtime causes
- 8Follow all safety procedures and adhere to training and quality guidelines
- 9Contribute to a collaborative team culture and support training of new hires

- 1Able to pass a pre-employment, post-offer physical, drug screen

- 4Good computer skills and comfortable with basic data entry
- 5Mechanically inclined and proficient with hand tools
