What You'll Do11
- 1Complete Medicare Advantage trials explaining benefits of advanced model pumps trialing 51 and 52 devices reviewing out-of-pocket differences
- 2Schedule and perform product demonstrations including patient measurements and usage instructions
- 3Ensure proper sizing for device fit and comfort
- 4Educate patients on garment application, prescribed protocols, and therapy initiation
- 5Communicate rental agreements and financial responsibilities clearly to patients and caregivers
- 6Manage patient questions and concerns regarding devices or documentation
- 7Confirm appointments in advance and organize equipment for effective education
- 8Collaborate with operations teams on order completion and documentation
- 9Identify and escalate patient needs to the patient relations team for same-day follow-up
- 10Use company translation resources to eliminate language barriers
- 11Maintain compliance with federal state accreditation and insurance regulations including HIPAA and non-disclosure
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED required Minimum six months healthcare experience Professional certification or license preferred
- 2Experience in medical device industry valued
- 3Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4Effective organizational time management and multitasking abilities
- 5Knowledge of scheduling travel and documentation applications
- 6Self-motivated independent worker capable of meeting role expectations
- 7Flexibility to travel to patient homes or healthcare settings
- 8Ability to quickly learn company-specific software and handheld technology tools
- 9Physical ability to lift 60 pounds
- 10Manual dexterity and stamina for prolonged sitting
