Theater Production Specialist 2 - UCLA
Overview
The role owns production operations supporting the Dean's creative vision across all project phases. This position drives schedules budgets and contracts while supervising student employees and production staff. The ideal candidate will collaborate with faculty and external partners to deliver successful film projects. Unique opportunities exist to shape festival distribution strategies.

Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High computer literacy using Microsoft Office and graphics programs
- 3Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- 4Demonstrated initiative with minimal supervision
- 5Experience with project management and timeline maintenance
- 6Collaborate with legal consultants for licensing and clearance
- 7Work with HR teams to hire crew within university policies
- 8Secure production insurance and workers compensation
- 9Experience with distribution and marketing consultants
- 10Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience
