Overview
We seek a dedicated Tenant Service Representative at JLL Chicago to lead property management support. This role drives exceptional occupant experiences through administrative excellence and collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities span direct support for leadership, operational coordination, compliance oversight, and relationship building across departments.
What You'll Do11
- 1Provide administrative support to General Manager and senior leaders
- 2Manage work orders and property inspections using Prism platform
- 3Ensure 100% compliance with certificate of insurance requirements
- 4Conduct weekly property inspections and document findings
- 5Oversee accounts payable processes and vendor contract management
- 6Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate building operations
- 7Develop and execute tenant welcome programs and team engagement events
- 8Coordinate Prism system updates and resolve technical issues
- 9Organize department meetings and celebrate team achievements
- 10Handle accounts receivable tasks including tenant billing
- 11Monitor and report on operational metrics and compliance status
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 3Proven organizational abilities with multi-project management experience
- 4Ability to learn property management software platforms
- 5Physical stamina to perform daily building operations
- 6Less than 1 year professional experience preferred
- 7Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- 8Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- 9US work authorization required
- 10Experience with work order management and compliance tools
