What You'll Do11
- 1Use techniques to ensure positive results to targeted healthcare professional list offering product information and education
- 2Establish phone presence commanding engagement and rapport building
- 3Engage healthcare professionals in promotional communications following policies
- 4Verify and complete required data entry ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
- 5Manage daily call activity to optimize time and achieve call objectives
- 6Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs ensuring call plan success
- 7Maintain product expertise including competitive knowledge
- 8Complete product training and meet service expectations
- 9Demonstrate independence and teamwork in call center environment
- 10Meet daily and monthly call volume metrics
- 11Process product order requests promptly and professionally
Requirements10
- 1Associate degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
- 2Background in customer service or contact centre
- 3Experience in healthcare/aesthetics industry preferred
- 4Knowledge of aesthetics medical device pharmaceutical fields
- 5Outbound calling experience
- 6Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint
- 7Familiarity with Salesforce
- 8Ability to learn and follow best practices
- 9Strong verbal communication skills
- 10Experience with databases and quality control standards
