Overview
We seek a proactive communications leader to own Customer Operations communications for the Austin site. This role translates complex operational insights into clear messages that align with broader commercial priorities. The manager builds trusted relationships embeds within initiatives and drives strategic engagement across internal audiences.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build working knowledge of Customer Operations and the Allergan Aesthetics product portfolio to deliver strategic counsel
- 2Develop and execute communications plans linking Customer Operations initiatives to U.S. Commercial priorities
- 3Translate complex operational information into actionable communications for diverse stakeholders
- 4Proactively engage project teams and subject-matter experts to identify communication needs and risks
- 5Manage communications calendars maintain visibility into milestones and audience impact
- 6Establish feedback mechanisms assess communications effectiveness and inform future planning
- 7Lead quarterly and end-of-quarter leadership communications town halls and employee announcements
- 8Partner with corporate communications on cross-functional initiatives involving Inside Sales
- 9Drive integrated communications strategies for operational excellence initiatives
- 10Maintain governance apply editorial standards and coordinate across channels
- 11Orient quickly to new projects identify stakeholders and advance work autonomously
Requirements10
- 15+ years building employee engagement campaigns within large matrix organizations
- 2Demonstrated ability to operate independently proactively identify business needs
- 3Strong business acumen connect initiatives to organizational commercial priorities
- 4Concrete experience with SharePoint Asana Staffbase and Canva preferred
- 5Exceptional writing presentation and verbal skills
- 6Intellectual curiosity learn complex processes translate technical information clearly
- 7Proven ability to build credibility with senior leaders and subject-matter experts
- 8Experience managing competing priorities timelines quality stakeholder visibility
- 9Understanding of internal communications governance processes
