What You'll Do11

- 3Lead inventory control processes for packaging janitorial equipment and electronic components
- 4Execute debit memos and coordinate returns with accounting departments
- 5Analyze cost savings initiatives using master tracking matrices
- 6File purchase orders and maintain documentation for audit compliance
- 7Drive post-acknowledgement follow-ups to ensure timely vendor responses
- 8Solicit competitive bids while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- 9Utilize Microsoft Excel and MRP systems for procurement analytics
- 10Conduct thorough background checks for all qualified applicants
- 11Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 2+ years procurement experience
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
- 3Familiarity with blueprint reading and Bill of Materials interpretation
- 4Experience with online MRP platforms
- 5US citizenship or legal residency status
- 6Background check clearance and drug screening completion
- 7Strong analytical skills for cost optimization analysis
- 8Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
