Overview
Lead the Technology Manager, Demand & Inventory Systems to deliver scalable demand planning and inventory outcomes. Own configuration of demand planning and inventory planning logic ensuring forecasting and inventory behavior reflects agreed planning intent. Translate strategy into durable system behavior that planners trust.
What You'll Do11
- 1Own configuration of demand planning and inventory planning logic including forecast models parameters and segmentation
- 2Translate inventory policy safety stock logic and replenishment behavior into system configuration
- 3Ensure system behavior supports consistent explainable planning outcomes
- 4Manage end-to-end configuration lifecycle design testing rollout stabilization
- 5Partner with adoption and testing roles to validate changes and production readiness
- 6Maintain domain-specific test scripts and task flows for configuration analysts
- 7Collaborate with demand planning and inventory teams to align with SIOP governance analytics signals platform standards
- 8Drive improvement of forecasting workflows automation and exception handling
- 9Reduce planner dependence on manual overrides and shadow processes
- 10Configure and stabilize demand and inventory related changes
- 11Ensure domain specific best practices are embedded in system behavior
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Operations Information Systems or related field
- 25+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 35+ years managing demand planning and inventory planning systems
- 4Experience operating in SIOP or integrated planning environments preferred
- 5Demonstrated ability to translate business intent into system configuration
- 6Strong understanding of demand planning systems configuration
- 7Knowledge of inventory planning logic and policy translation
- 8Systems lifecycle management expertise
- 9Cross-functional collaboration skills
- 10Clear communication of system behavior
- 11Experience with forecasting workflows automation and exception handling
