- 7Lead delivery and support for technologies including engineering design systems
- 8Manage application portfolio prioritizing initiatives by business value
- 9Maintain high system availability and drive continuous improvement
- 10Partner with Enterprise Architecture to define future-state capabilities
- 11Evaluate emerging technologies including AI and cloud platforms
- 12Promote reusable platforms and enterprise standards
- 13Improve data accessibility and interoperability across engineering systems
- 14Lead, coach, and develop high-performing IT team
- 15Manage vendor relationships and build succession plans
- 16Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and FERC regulations
- 17Apply AWS and Snowflake for enterprise integration platforms
- 18Lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Computer science Engineering Information Systems or related field
- 28+ years progressive IT leadership experience
- 3Support electric utility Transmission Engineering organizations
- 4Strong understanding of transmission planning engineering design and asset management
- 5Experience managing enterprise application portfolios
- 6Knowledge of cloud technologies system integration and cybersecurity
- 7Preferred experience with utility technologies such as Maximo PLS-CADD or engineering analysis platforms
- 8Familiarity with AWS Snowflake and enterprise integration platforms
- 9Knowledge of NERC CIP FERC and utility regulatory requirements
- 10PMP ITIL SAFe or Agile certifications
- 11Leadership competencies including strategic thinking business partnership and change leadership
