Technician, Arcade & Bowling Equipment Maintenance
Overview
Own the maintenance and safe operation of our entertainment systems at scale within a dynamic venue. You will service and repair arcade games, bowling equipment, and supporting systems across our center. You will prioritize safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction while keeping equipment in peak condition. This role blends hands-on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic tasks with hands-on problem solving and teamwork. What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform electrical, mechanical, and technical maintenance on games and equipment to prevent downtime
- 2Troubleshoot repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, and related components to restore performance quickly
- 3Disassemble and replace mechanical and electrical components such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring
- 4Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed
- 5Uphold cleanliness and safety standards and engage guests as a friendly ambassador
Requirements10
- 118+ years of age
- 2Guest-focused mindset and teamwork orientation
- 3Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- 4Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems supporting the business
- 5General knowledge of repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment and arcade games
- 6Skilled in electronics mechanics and hydraulics
- 7Basic working knowledge of hand tools and tool handling
- 8Ability to work on ladders and lift equipment up to 250 lbs
- 9Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and PPE usage
- 10Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
