Technical Project Manager, Scaled Agile Enterprise Solutions
Overview
Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise solutions, bridging business and technology teams in a Scaled Agile environment. Drive the product roadmap, execution, and stakeholder alignment across 10+ concurrent workstreams. Act as the central point of contact between product owners, engineering leads, and executives, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals. This role stands out for its hybrid model in Atlanta, requiring deep expertise in SAFe and Jira to manage cross-functional teams. You will directly influence product outcomes and process improvements from day one.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, defining scope, milestones, and release plans within SAFe
- 2Drive product roadmap execution, translating business goals into technical tasks for Jira and Confluence
- 3Facilitate PI planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure consistent Agile delivery
- 4Coordinate with engineering, QA, and operations to manage dependencies and mitigate risks
- 5Align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs, using data-driven decisions to resolve conflicts
- 6Report delivery metrics to leadership, highlighting progress, blockers, and forecasted completion
- 7Mentor junior project managers on Agile best practices and team facilitation
- 8Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget
Requirements9
- 110+ years in technical project management, with 5+ years in Scaled Agile environments
- 2SAFe certification (SPC or SA) preferred, with proven ability to lead PI planning
- 3Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for roadmap and sprint tracking
- 4Strong background in delivering enterprise-level software, including cloud and on-premise deployments
- 5Experience managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members, including remote and offshore
- 6Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with a track record of executive-level reporting
- 7In-depth knowledge of SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines and release management
- 8Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 9Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Atlanta, GA
