- 5Drive alignment among stakeholders through decision forums and meetings

- 9Implement retrospectives for continuous improvement

Requirements16
- 1Bachelor’s degree in IT Computer Science or Business with 5 or more years IT project management experience
- 2Minimum 5 years leading end-to-end IT project delivery
- 33 or more years managing projects with multiple workstreams or cross-functional teams
- 43 or more years managing project budgets timelines and resource planning
- 52 or more years managing third-party vendors or external partners
- 6Master’s degree preferred with 3 or more years IT project management
- 7Professional certification such as PMI CAPM or APM Associate
- 8Experience in healthcare life sciences or regulated industries
- 9Proficiency with MS Project Jira Confluence Clarity PPM or Lucid
- 10Ability to anticipate risks and address challenges proactively
- 11Strong financial operational awareness related to project delivery
- 12Vendor management and negotiation capabilities
- 13Written and verbal communication skills
- 14Influence stakeholders in matrixed environments
- 15Balance competing priorities and make decisions under pressure
- 16Foster collaboration and continuous improvement within teams
