Own weekly CLM campaign operations leading cross-functional process from audience transfer through journey prep to campaign send. Ramp up fast and operate independently with minimal oversight. Lead go-no-go decisions and resolve live issues during send cycles.
What You'll Do4
- 1Drive end-to-end process from audience transfer through journey prep to campaign send partnering with Data Science Engineering Database Marketing and Product Management
- 2Triage and escalate live issues diagnosing bugs or breakages routing to technical teams
- 3Build technical documentation and training for new CLM capabilities via written docs live sessions and recorded walkthroughs
- 4Manage team project management rhythm owning timelines surfacing risks maintaining communications calendar and running meetings end to end
Requirements5
- 17+ years project program management experience with ownership of complex technical cross-functional processes
- 2Deep familiarity with product management release cycle including requirements gathering QA coordination and go-live execution
- 3Ability to triage technical issues in real time performing root cause analysis and escalating to appropriate engineering or data teams
- 4Experience with CRM campaign management platforms
- 5Availability for weekly live campaign monitoring and on-call issue resolution
