Overview
We seek energetic individuals for Court Monitor Front Desk Party Host and Café roles. You will own daily operations at our Tampa location. This position differs from others because it combines multiple front‑line responsibilities.
What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain high‑volume cash handling systems
- 2Design and execute guest experiences across multiple venues
- 3Lead teams during peak periods to ensure safety and satisfaction
- 4Scale service processes using data driven insights
- 5Drive operational improvements through process automation
- 6Collaborate with cross‑functional staff to achieve revenue targets
- 7Debug workflow bottlenecks in real time
- 8Ship new initiatives that align with brand standards
- 9Analyze performance metrics to guide strategic decisions
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading retail or hospitality teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential optional
- 5AWS Certified relevant experience required
- 6Payroll eligibility verified
- 7Reliable transportation to and from Tampa park
- 8Ability to work at least one shift Monday Thursday and two shifts Friday Sunday
- 9Physical stamina to perform equal or greater performance levels
- 10Strong communication skills for customer interactions
