Lifestyle Attendant - Operations Support
Overview
Lifestyle Attendant oversees daily operations of a clubhouse offering diverse programs and events. This part‑time role requires dedication to exceptional customer service and active monitoring of guest feedback. You will coordinate setup cleanup and ensure safety during all activities.
What You'll Do12
- 1Present professional appearance and maintain high standards of customer service
- 2Assist with program and activity calendar setup including equipment furniture decor supplies food and beverage
- 3Oversee event execution and post‑event cleanup
- 4Report incidents or accidents to the Facility Manager on duty
- 5Secure patron safety during emergencies and provide immediate care until EMS arrives
- 6Demonstrate effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic
- 7Show initiative and make decisions independently
- 8Maintain organization while handling multiple duties simultaneously
- 9Utilize creative abilities in marketing promotion and programming
- 10Communicate clearly using both verbal and written skills
- 11Work nights weekends and holidays as required
- 12Perform stationary sitting standing walking jogging running tasks
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading hospitality teams
- 3Certified in wellness program management
- 410+ hours per week commitment
- 5Valid driver’s license for travel within Tampa area
- 6Background check clearance
- 7Licensed CPR and first aid certification
- 8Strong communication skills for resident interaction
- 9Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
- 10Experience with POS systems and inventory management
- 11Knowledge of health and safety regulations
