What You'll Do6

  • 1Build relationships with store leaders and teams to provide clear HR guidance and support
  • 2Conduct workplace investigations from intake to documentation and action recommendations
  • 3Coach and guide leaders on performance, conduct, and consistent disciplinary actions
  • 4Represent the company in union grievance hearings, unemployment claims, and internal reviews
  • 5Analyze case trends to identify root causes and propose policy and culture improvements
  • 6Contribute to healthy workplace initiatives and refine HR programs to ensure inclusivity and compliance

Requirements5

  • 11–3+ years of HR or employee relations in multi-site or retail
  • 2Experience managing investigations into harassment, discrimination, or conduct
  • 3High school diploma required; HR certifications preferred (PHR SHRM-CP)
  • 4Bilingual Spanish preferred
  • 5Familiarity with EEO ADA FMLA wage hr laws and union awareness
