Overview
Lead advisor for store teams fostering a people centered culture at Bashas’ with multi-site HR support. Handle employee relations, investigations, coaching, and policy guidance across locations. Collaborate with leadership to improve engagement and ensure fair practices.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build trust with leaders and team members through policy guidance and HR best practices
- 2Lead workplace investigations from interviews to action recommendations
- 3Coach and guide leaders on performance and conduct discussions
- 4Represent the company in union grievance hearings and unemployment claims
- 5Analyze case trends to identify root causes and suggest policy and culture improvements
- 6Contribute to a healthy workplace by refining HR programs and practices
Requirements5
- 11–3+ years of HR or employee relations experience
- 2Experience managing investigations related to harassment, discrimination, or conduct
- 3High school diploma required; some college coursework or HR certifications preferred
- 4Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- 5Familiarity with employment laws including EEO, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour
