Team Lead - China Region NCR
Overview
SOSi seeks a senior Team Lead to manage contractor personnel supporting the China region under the TO Program Manager. The role involves leading technical efforts and ensuring high-quality intelligence production.
What You'll Do14
- 1Serve as management and technical lead for all contractor personnel in the region
- 2Provide senior-level subject matter expertise on the PRC across multiple disciplines
- 3Lead or direct contractor work ensuring effective coordination and task execution
- 4Support the TO Program Manager with day-to-day production of all-source intelligence products
- 5Ensure assigned personnel meet contract performance objectives and quality standards
- 6Assist in managing cost schedule performance and risk within the region
- 7Support staffing continuity by preventing vacancies exceeding 30 calendar days
- 8Coordinate task assignments to contractor personnel based on Government requirements
- 9Establish relationships with customers stakeholders and the COR
- 10Coordinate with PM and other Team Leads for resource optimization and cross-center integration
- 11Handle surge and optional task requirements upon Government authorization
- 12Contribute to timely delivery of contract deliverables such as status reports and meeting minutes
- 13Perform all work in accordance with applicable ICDs and SOPs
- 14Respond to customer inquiries and alert the PM to technical or programmatic issues
Requirements6
- 1Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of intelligence analysis experience
- 2Experience supporting Defense Intelligence Agencies and deep regional expertise in China/PRC
- 3Prior experience as a Team Lead task manager or first-line supervisor on a government intelligence contract
- 4Relevant certifications such as CDASA-I or equivalent analytic tradecraft certifications
- 5Chinese (Mandarin) reading/listening capability desired
- 6Familiarity with intelligence analytic production systems like MARS/MIDB
