Overview

You own full-cycle recruiting across a generalist book of business at Forus, an AI-powered healthcare network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma. You run the entire process from kickoff to close, partnering with hiring managers to sharpen briefs and raise decision quality. Your role sits on a small, high-performing talent team where treating every requisition as a business problem shapes each hire. You build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and use data to diagnose what's working, improving every function you touch. This role demands high horsepower and resourcefulness, with the expectation that you leave every process sharper than you found it.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Own full-cycle recruiting from scoping the role to closing the offer, managing a generalist book of business.
  • 2Partner with hiring managers to sharpen hiring briefs, improve interview processes, and raise the quality of decisions.
  • 3Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles before urgency creates pressure to compromise.
  • 4Use data to diagnose pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-close, making adjustments in real time.
  • 5Pressure test hire decisions, push back on weak feedback, and hold the bar even when the business wants to move fast.
  • 6Continuously improve the processes you own, making every function you touch run better after you than before.
  • 7Deliver a candidate experience that reflects the company accurately regardless of outcome.

Requirements6

  • 14+ years of recruiting experience at a mix of agency and fast-growing, product-driven companies.
  • 2Experience with technical or GTM roles, with a tilt toward either is fine.
  • 3First-principles thinking: diagnose what's not working rather than defaulting to how it has always been done.
  • 4Analytical fluency: track the right metrics, know what they are telling you, and use them to make better decisions.
  • 5Strong partnership skills: earn trust quickly, challenge when it matters, and leave every manager operating at a higher level.
  • 6Clear, direct communication with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
