Talent Acquisition Specialist - Fooda - Chicago
Overview
You will own full-cycle recruiting for Fooda's SM2 program, building candidate pipelines and partner-facing hires ahead of the 2027 launch. You will absorb turnover backfill and partner with hiring managers on strategy. This role offers a direct path to strategic partnership as the program matures, with a dotted line to the People team and a base salary of $70,000–$80,000.
What You'll Do8
- 1Drive full-cycle recruiting for SM2 program roles and partner-facing hires, from sourcing to offer.
- 2Build candidate pipelines against a rolling launch schedule to hit hiring targets.
- 3Support partner recruitment alongside the partner-development function.
- 4Own turnover backfill so launches stay on track with open seats.
- 5Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy, interviewing best practices, and candidate evaluation.
- 6Use recruiting metrics and data to track performance and identify process improvements.
- 7Prioritize building diverse and inclusive candidate slates.
- 8Grow into a strategic partner for the program team as it matures.
Requirements7
- 1Full-cycle recruiting experience; comfortable owning a role end-to-end solo.
- 2Proven ability to operate remotely and self-directed under a fast launch cadence.
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring managers.
- 4Ability to use data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies and improve results.
- 5Highly organized and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- 6Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7HR generalist / HRBP exposure is a plus.
