Overview
Lead a test team to develop resilient Missile Warning capabilities for the U.S. Space Force. Own test processes and drive rapid deployment of next generation systems. Collaborate with government clients and prime contractors to meet mission requirements.
What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute test strategies to validate resilient Missile Warning systems
- 2Lead integrated test teams and coordinate with LDTO members
- 3Develop test criteria and acceptance metrics for complex systems
- 4Perform system of systems tests across space-to-ground platforms
- 5Analyze test data and generate comprehensive reports with recommendations
- 6Create Test & Evaluation Master Plans and System Test Plans
- 7Organize and facilitate Integrated Test Teams and review boards
- 8Decompose system requirements and define testable elements
- 9Conduct reliability and maintainability evaluations for defense systems
- 10Support interoperability testing and certification processes
- 11Utilize Model-Based Systems Engineering tools for requirement management
Requirements10
- 110+ years in test and evaluation on major defense acquisition programs
- 25+ years supporting government DT&E programs within LDTO
- 3Experience with LDTO leadership and operational test agency coordination
- 4Proven track record developing and executing T/E master plans
- 5Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 6Expertise in systems engineering standards IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE 15288.2
- 7Experience with OPIR, missile warning, or space-based remote sensing systems
- 8Master's degree in engineering or related technical field
- 9CTEP or INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certification
- 10Ability to perform requirements decomposition and test scenario development
