Lead Systems Integrator developing next generation strategic military satellite communications capabilities for U.S. Space Force. - 7Utilize Agile methodologies to propose and mitigate system risks
- 8Maintain compliance with DoD technical review processes
- 9Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to achieve program goals
- 10Solve problems creatively while learning new technologies rapidly
- 11Contribute to DoD mission through innovative engineering solutions
Requirements11
- 19+ years systems engineering or integration experience in DoD space or ground systems
- 25+ years risk management process experience on major defense acquisition programs
- 3Proven ability to identify analyze propose and mitigate system risks
- 4Experience with DoD technical program reviews including SRR SFR PDR CDR MRR TRR FCA PCAs
- 5Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mathematics Physics or Computer Science
- 6TS/SCI clearance required
- 7Master's degree preferred
- 8Experience with Confluence or JIRA platforms
- 9Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high motivation
- 10Strong collaborative skills for cross-functional teamwork
- 11Clearance eligibility determined through security investigation

$87 - $198k per year
