Systems Engineer (R2-R4) - Manufacturing Execution System Implementation
Overview
Eli Lilly seeks a Systems Engineer (R2-R4) to lead the deployment of a next‑generation Manufacturing Execution System across multiple sites. You will align strategic milestones define an integrated deployment plan ensure adherence to global standards and act as the primary contact for site and global project leaders. This full‑time role based in Concord NC includes partial remote work and up to 15% travel.
What You'll Do9
- 1Design and build scalable MES solutions using Python and AWS
- 2Lead the end‑to‑end deployment of manufacturing execution systems
- 3Align site milestones with corporate objectives and coordinate cross‑functional teams
- 4Implement support models while partnering with site leaders
- 5Drive change management and user adoption strategies for large‑scale system rollouts
- 6Manage master batch record deployments and maintain compliance with S95/S88 models
- 7Develop formal training guides for internal and external stakeholders
- 8Utilize React and Kubernetes to create intuitive interfaces
- 9Utilize Spark and Airflow for data pipeline automation
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business Analytics or related field
- 2Minimum 1 year experience implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems
- 3Proven track record managing change management for large‑scale projects
- 4Experience with computer system validation and test artifact generation for MES
- 5Ability to create training materials for manufacturing solution users
- 6Familiarity with MSOEs and S95/S88 models
- 7Part‑time telecommuting arrangement available
- 8Demonstrated expertise in 5+ years of relevant technical and project leadership roles
