What You'll Do11
- 1Support the PAS-X manufacturing execution system (MES) configuration and interface management
- 2Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory requirements
- 3Define project scope and manage resources for successful execution
- 4Develop mechanisms to assess business needs and identify cross-functional opportunities
- 5Act as project leader by tracking cost quality and schedule targets
- 6Establish relationships with Quality IT Lab Systems Procurement and other stakeholders
- 7Help transform operations using multi-variable analysis and digital visualization tools
- 8Lead MES engineer teams and manage large-scale automation programs
- 9Implement or lead execution system code changes and validation protocols
- 10Conduct risk assessments and lead GMP audits as team representative
- 11Manage off-shift support teams for 24/7 site operations
Requirements8
- 1Minimum of 6 years MES relevant experience
- 2Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 3Experience with ISA-95 level 1 and 2 manufacturing systems
- 4Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations
- 5Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- 6Exposure to historians such as OSI PI
- 7Understanding of historian integration with MES platforms
- 8Technical expertise in process optimization and digital transformation
